1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website of NOBTECH IT Services ([https://www.ntechit.in](https://www.ntechit.in)) or entering into software development agreements with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Except for pre-existing proprietary modules or general open-source software libraries, all custom software architectures, source codes, and deliverables developed specifically under client master service agreements are transferred to the client upon full payment of agreed contractual milestones. NOBTECH retains ownership of its core background platform components, trademarks, and branding.
3. Service Level Agreements & Support
Production platforms managed under active Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) or Managed IT SLAs adhere to contracted availability targets (e.g. 99.95% uptime) and our standard critical incident response time of under 15 minutes during operational coverage windows.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NOBTECH IT Services or its directors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized network breaches beyond reasonable industry security controls or third-party telecommunications outages.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune District, Maharashtra, India.
